- 12:00 pm to 12:45 pm AEDT

Overview
The Australian Government has designated 2026 as Cyber Action Year, with a focus on moving from awareness to practical action and adopting an “assumed breach” mindset.
In the spirit of ACSC Cyber Security Awareness Month this October, we are focusing on the key issues shaping cyber resilience and AI governance for business leaders. This session will examine the current threat landscape, explore how AI is changing cyber risk and discuss the evolving role of governance, before introducing a practical framework for strengthening organisational resilience.
Join Lee Hodgson, Head of Business Development, and Georgia Turnham, Security Consultant from Rodin, alongside Zach Amos, Security Service Manager from Sophos, as they translate emerging cyber and AI risks into practical actions that business leaders can take to strengthen governance, accountability, and resilience.
