Quick Access in Windows 10

When you start File Explorer in Windows 10, it displays Quick Access, where you see a list of the folders you browse most frequently and the files that you recently accessed. This list changes over time as you use different folders.

How to pin files or folders to Quick Access

Pin the files or folders that you frequently use by following these steps:

1. Open File Explorer.
2. Navigate to the file or folder that you want to pin to Quick Access.
3. Click the desired file or folder.
4. From the Home tab on the Ribbon, click Pin to Quick access button.

How to unpin files or folders to Quick Access

1. Open File Explorer then Quick Access.
2. Right-click the file or folder you want to unpin.
3. Click Unpin from Quick Access.
