How to setup an Out of Office Message – Outlook (Mobile App)

Setting up an Out of Office autoreply from the Outlook mobile application. 

  1. Launch the Outlook mobile app and tap on the upper left corner to view options.
  2. On the lower left corner, tap Settings.


  3. Select the Office 365 mail account.

     

  4. Tap Automatic replies.


  5. Click the slider to turn on Automatic replies.

  6. Tap on the check box beside Reply during a time period to select a time and date as to when autoreply will start and finish, then type your message under Reply to everyone with.

  7. Click the check icon on the upper right corner.
