How to create a new profile in Outlook 2016 on Windows 10

A step-by-step procedure on how to create a new Outlook profile.

  1. Click the Windows icon then type Control Panel in the search box.
  1. In Control Panel, search Mail. Click Mail (Microsoft Outlook) to launch the Mail Setup dialog box.
  1. On Mail Setup dialog box under Profiles, click Show Profiles.
  1. Mail dialog box will be launched then click Add.
  1. Type new Profile Name then click OK.
  1. Enter a new account name and email address on Add Account dialog box then click Next.
  1. It will lead you back to Mail dialog box. If you want to use the new email as your default profile, tick the Always use this profile radio button and select from the drop-down the name of the profile you just created.
