How To Contact RODIN For Support

RODIN can be treated as your first point of contact for any issues with your IT and office systems. If you have encountered an issue, please contact us and we will determine the cause or nature of your issue and then offer an appropriate response.

The correct forms of contact to request support from RODIN are:

  • Portal
    To submit a help desk request or view an existing ticket via our support portal, please click HERE 

    You can use the ‘Sign in with Microsoft’ button to log in with your Microsoft 365 email address and password. 

    If you have any issues, feel free to use the Sign Up button to create your account.
  • Telephone
    Call the Helpdesk on 1300 138 762

After hours support
For all urgent support outside of 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, requests need to be called into the helpdesk on 1300 138 762 and then follow the prompts to be connected with our after-hours technician.
