Configuring Holidays in 3CX

  1. Log in to your 3cx Management Console

    If you need your details please contact the Rodin Helpdesk
    3CX Phone System - Unified communications

  2. Navigate to “Timezone, Office Hours & Holidays”

    First go to settings and then “Timezone, Office Hours & Holidays”

  3. Add a holiday

    Under the configure holidays Section Select “+ Add+” Product design - Product

  4. Configure the holiday

    Name the holiday, and select the date/time that will cover the holiday period, if desired you can record a custom message to be played during this period.
    Once set select ok to save the holiday. entry
